Diane Paddison, 4word Founder and President, is a Harvard MBA, former global executive of two Fortune 500 companies and one Fortune 1000 company, and serves as an independent director for two corporations and four not-for-profits. The leading advocate for the professional Christian women community, Diane published Work, Love, Pray in 2011, laying the foundation for 4word. Diane speaks on life/work balance, mentoring/sponsorship, and impactful leadership at events across the country. She authors weekly posts at and is a featured columnist for Today's Christian Woman. Diane and her husband Chris have four children and live in Dallas, Texas.

Jackie Roese
Dr. Jackie Roese grew up in upstate New York and moved to Texas to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. In 2003, Jackie became the Teaching Pastor to Women at Irving Bible Church. She has developed Bible study materials for use in more than 18 states and 17 countries. In 2010, Jackie graduated with her Doctorate in Preaching from Gordon Conwell Seminary. In 2013, she published her first book, She Can Teach: Training Women to Teach the Scriptures Effectively. In 2012, she founded The Marcella Project, an organization committed to improving the view of women through the Scriptures ( She has taught and trained women in Rwanda, Romania and Southern Sudan. She and her husband were influential in the start up of AWI, African Women's Initiative. She has been married to Steve, founder of Water is Basic, for more than 24 years and has three young adult children, Hunter, Hampton and Madison. 
Charity Wallace
Charity Wallace serves as the Director of the Women's Initiative at the George W. Bush Institute, as Senior Advisor to Mrs. Laura Bush and on the Human Freedom Advisory Council. She served as the Chief of Staff to Mrs. Laura Bush. She was the Deputy Chief of Protocol of the United States during the George W. Bush Administration. For three years, she was the Director of Advance for First Lady Laura Bush. Wallace held public liaison positions in Presidential Advance, the U.S. Department of Education, the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, and USA Freedom Corps. Ms. Wallace sits on the Advisory Board of ARZU Studio Hope. Wallace wrote the foreword for the book Work, Love, Pray. A native of California, Wallace graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University, with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a focus in international relations.
Erin Botsford
Erin Botsford rose from a life of poverty and misfortune to launch a financial planning career in 1989, becoming one of the top financial planners in the country. Her fascinating story has been featured in national publications. Erin has been named one of the Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in the country by Barron's magazine and one of the "Best Financial Planners in Dallas" on three occasions by D Magazine. Her firm, the Botsford Group, specializes in risk management, lifestyle and asset protection strategies.
Richelle Campbell
Richelle grew up on a farm in Southern Oregon and now works as a mom and a lawyer in Dallas, Texas. She has degrees from Princeton University and Southern Methodist University School of Law. Richelle and her husband Josh have one daughter, Ana Sofia, and a much-loved dog, Emiko.
Ka Cotter
After the successful sale of The Staubach Company to Jones Lang LaSalle, Ka has turned her years of leadership at The Staubach Company, an international commercial real estate firm, into director roles for both corporations and not for profits. For the last seven years, she was an Independent Director of Experient Inc., an international event planning and management company, and with Veritext Inc., a court reporting firm until the successful sale of each company. Her not for profit boards include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, YWCA, Nurse-Family Partnership, UT Center for Brain Health and the Dallas Women’s Foundation Advisory Board. Her professional affiliations include CREW, International Womens Forum, National Association of Corporate Directors and Women Corporate Directors.
Betsy Gray
A 20-year creative veteran of advertising, nonprofit and corporate worlds, Betsy is owner of Betsy Gray Creative Group ( Betsy earned a BFA in design from East Carolina University, paid some dues in a big advertising agency, then headed west to serve in creative and strategic roles for author and speaker Josh McDowell, and with a boutique advertising agency serving a national client base. She directed creative and branding for a global skin care company for 13 years, which doubled in revenue during her tenure. Betsy is married to Clayton, is mom to Olivia and Austin.
Gabrielle Greene
Gabrielle E. Greene has been a professional in the financial services industry for over 25 years.  Gabrielle is a General Partner of Rustic Canyon/Fontis Partners, a private equity fund based in Pasadena, California.  Prior to joining RC/Fontis, she was Chief Financial Officer of Gluecode Software, a venture-backed open source software company, which was sold to IBM in May 2005.  Gabrielle received her B.A. from Princeton University in 1981, where she graduated from the Urban Studies program at the Woodrow Wilson School.  In 1987, she received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and J.D. from Harvard Law School. Gabrielle is on the board of Whole Foods and is a director of Stage Stores. Gabrielle also currently chairs the board of Johnson Products, and has served on numerous private company boards. Gabrielle currently resides in Dallas, Texas and she is passionate about travel, hiking, reading and her two daughters.
Lisbeth McNabb
Lisbeth McNabb is the CEO and founder of DigiWorksCorp.  Lisbeth previously founded where she served as CEO for several years and remains actively engaged as Board Chair.

CEO of, a vibrant community and resource for professional women seeking a path to reach their next career goal. She brings 25 years of expertise as a visionary strategist in digital media, technology, b2b and consumer marketing to w2wlink and corporate board roles. Past leadership roles included CFO of, Pepsico Frito Lay, Sodexo, and as an innovator in banking, travel, and technology. She is a board of director and audit chair of Nexstar Broadcasting and other corporate and academic advisory boards and is a passionate mentor and networker. Lisbeth lives in Dallas with her husband and two sons.
Cindy O'Connell
Cindy moved from her hometown of  Pendleton Oregon to attend George Fox University and has been in the Portland area ever since. Cindy has over seven years of experience in public accounting. As an audit manager she provides auditing and accounting expertise in a variety of areas, including distributors, manufacturers, and non-profit organizations. Outside of work Cindy enjoys playing golf, tennis, boating, or pretty much any outdoor activity. Cindy also enjoys volunteering on leadership teams through  her church in Hillsboro, Oregon and is involved in various charitable events  throughout the year.
Marissa Peterson
Marissa received her MBA from Harvard University. Much of her career was with Sun Microsystems where she was instrumental in growing the company to $20 billion in revenue. She served as Executive Vice President of Services, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, and Chief Consumer Advocate until retiring in 2005. She currently serves as a Director for Humana (a $35 billion healthcare benefits company) and Ansell (a $1 billion healthcare barrier protection company).
Stacy Repult
Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant who earned her MBA from Exeter University in England. Over a 20-year career, she has held senior executive positions at Sammons Corporation, FedEx Kinko's, Cinemark International, and Fujitsu-ICL Retail Systems. She is a principal in SLR Holdings, a corporate finance consulting firm.
Bonnie Pruett Wurzbacher (2012-2013)
For the past 27 years, Bonnie has served The Coca-Cola Company in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Global Customer & Channel Leadership. She is a founding member of The Company's Advisory Council for Women's Leadership, and she helped launch The Company's global initiative "5 BY 20," which aims to economically empower 5 million women by 2020.
Linda Lindquist-Bishop (2010-2013)
Linda Lindquist-Bishop has competed in the sport of sailing for almost three decades. Winning multiple world championships and national titles, she was a member of the first All-Women America's Cup team.  Linda has served in 11 industries from start-ups to multi-national corporations in the capacities of marketing executive, sales management, publisher, sponsorship director, and sports property president. Linda lives with her husband Major General Brian Bishop (USAF) in Alexandria, VA and Leland, MI along with their beloved golden retriever Buddy.
Hailey Williams (2010 -2013)
Hailey graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in May 2009 where she received her Bachelors in Accounting and Masters in Finance. She currently works in Dallas, Texas as a CPA for Ernst and Young.

Sandra is a seasoned executive, Wall Street industry expert, author, and public speaker who was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for a $3 Billion advertising agency for 600,000 small-to-medium sized businesses in America. Williamson brings over 20 years of general management, marketing, and sales experience with a passion for taking brands, companies, and teams to the next level and developing product portfolios that deliver strong results. Williamson serves as founder and CEO of Crawford Consulting, specializing in brand and sales strategy development, strategic business planning, global business development, product development, and new market penetration. She is also a global industry expert for Coleman Research Group in most things digital, marketing, sales, mobile, and social media, to name a few. Sandra Crawford Williamson is 4word's Chief Operating Officer. Williamson is responsible for driving market strategy, communications, conversion and retention, research, analytics and marketing operations and processes. She also drives 4word's brand strategy. In addition to her formal education, she has been media trained, was invited into the global CMO Club, and has hundreds of hours of on-camera work to her credit. Sandra is a well-rounded individual with roles outside of the office. She sits on boards, is a MENSA member, and enjoys anything international in scope. Sandra has a heart for women, especially working women, since she was married later in life and is now a proud wife and mother of three wonderful children.

Trina Lee

Trina is excited to connect professional women together as the 4word Mentor Program Coordinator. Since December 2011, she has been involved with 4word: Portland and has been blessed by the relationships she’s made. After graduating from Cornell University with a bachelor’s in communication, Trina worked for over nine years as the Executive Director for Oregon DECA, an education nonprofit for students interested in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. She currently resides in Southern Oregon and coordinates communication and events for a growing church. When not working, Trina most likely can be found running, serving on a book launch team, concert going, podcast listening or tweeting.

Katie Reiff
Katie feels blessed to be a part of the 4word team as Director of Local Groups and Development. After two years spent helping to build the first 4word local group in Portland, OR, Katie's role is to work with women to develop and support a leadership team and the ministry to fits the needs of professional women in that city. Katie received her bachelors degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and spent a few years in Marketing & Communications before she began her career in the commercial construction industry as a Project Engineer/Small Project Manager with an international firm. Residing in Portland, Katie loves to spend time with her family, throw parties for the local 4word: Portland group, and take part in the bounty of the Pacific Northwest- playing outdoors, gourmet food and wine, and spending rainy days with a book in hand.
Amy Wilson
Amy is a geek girl who likes cooking, hiking, traveling and social media and is fortunate enough to work in the latter. She is a social media campaign manager for University of Phoenix, and she moonlights as 4word's social media consultant. She graduated from University of Georgia in 2011 with a Master of Arts in Mass Communication, emphasis in public relations, and her Master's thesis was written about Facebook pages. (No really.)
Cindi Pritchett
Cindi writes the Wednesday interviews for 4word. She enjoys writing and especially enjoys getting to speak with interesting people every week. Cindi holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Communications from Liberty University. She has worked for several nonprofits, meeting their various communication needs. Cindi is married to Matt, and they have a daughter, Savannah.
Jordan Johnstone
Jordan writes the Friday Faves emails and 4word News emails. When not writing for 4word, Jordan enjoys working on her latest book idea, catching up on the latest episode of Supernatural and going “Pin crazy” on Pinterest. Jordan holds a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations from Liberty University and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. She lives in Grayson, GA with her husband Daniel.
Ashley Diaz
Ashley holds a B.S in Religion and a M.A. in Human Services from Liberty University. She is currently a preschool teacher by day and assists with 4word Digital Media by night. She is a self-professed book junkie and enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephan, and their puppy, Captain Jack. She hopes to one day start a non-profit program helping school age students find their voices and God-given gifts through the arts.
