Stay on track between in-person meetings through personalized spiritual and professional guidance from a senior executive leader to support your leadership journey.

Connect with like-minded peers three times a year for a time of leadership development, spiritual formation, and interactive roundtables.



  • Exclusive membership in a group of 15-20 senior-level executive women who will commit to journey with you and meet in-person three times per year.
  • Monthly 1:1 discipleship calls with a mentor who will meet with you in between the in-person meetings to help track your progress and guide your spiritual and professional development throughout the program.
  • Special invitations to private group dinners and events held quarterly around the country including lunches, dinners, day-long discipleship and spiritual and leadership development workshops held exclusively for women at this membership level.
  • Most meetings will take place at Hotel Vin in Grapevine, TX, less than 10 mins from DFW Airport. Sessions will begin on Thursday at 12pm and end on Friday by 12pm. All meals and conference materials will be included (hotel rooms must be booked separately). 
  • The third meeting will be at 4word’s annual EW4C Forum. In 2005, this will be held May 30-June 1, 2025 at Southall Farm & Inn near Franklin, TN. Plan to arrive on Thursday and extend your stay for the Executive Women for Christ Forum (EW4C) 2025. Register HERE.

4word is a 501(c)(3) organization, a portion of your payment fees may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax professional for your options.

What do I get for my membership?

We’re curating content specifically for you! You will get access to premium articles and insights that will equip you to lead with confidence professionally, spiritually and relationally.

How much does my involvement with the 4word Executive Women Cohort cost?

Membership pricing is $7,500 USD a year with a two-year commitment. (Travel and Hotel not included).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or ACH. To pay by check or inquire about a payment plan, please contact support@4wordwomen.org or (214) 301-3388. We are only able to process US currency at this time.

When will I be charged for my membership?

Credit cards are charged upon submission of orders. It may take 2–3 days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement. Annual membership will be auto renewed to fulfill two-year commitment.

How do I cancel my membership?

The Cohort membership has a minimum two-year commitment. There will be no cancellations or refunds issued.

Can I gift a membership to another?

Yes. A 4word Cohort membership is a wonderful gift to give a friend or woman in your company or organization. To inquire about gifting a membership to another, please email Melissa@4wordwomen.org.

  • We may send you emails and other communications related to 4word Cohort membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your account).
  • You may not transfer or assign your 4word Cohort benefits, except as allowed in the user agreement.

Now that I have a 4word account, how do I sign in?

If you’re already a member, sign in from the 4word page. If you haven’t already, create an account. On your first time signing in, you’ll be prompted to create a password and verify your email address.

I’m trying to verify my email address, but I’m being told that my account already exists. What should I do?

If you receive an error message or can’t remember which email address is associated with your member account, please contact our customer service at support@4wordwomen.org.

Can I pause my participation?

At this time there is not an option to pause a 4word Cohort participation.

How can I update my email address or password?

If you need to update your account credentials (such as email address or password), please contact customer service at support@4wordwomen.org. This action may take up to 48 hours to process.

Our team will be available to assist 4word Cohort members over the phone (214) 301-3388 from 9 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday. If you send us an email, you can expect a response by the end of next business day.

How do I update the payment associated with my participation?

Visit your 4word User profile page, located in the top right corner, to manage your payment and mailing/billing address information. You can also update your information by contacting our member support by emailing, support@4wordwomen.org.

I’m having trouble signing in. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can select “help me sign in” to receive a one-time link in your inbox to sign in, no password needed.

If you’ve forgotten the email address you use to sign in, or are experiencing any other issues, please email our customer service at support@4wordwomen.org.

Where can I find my member benefits?

You will find your member benefits within the FAQ section of the site. In some cases, select benefits will be emailed to you throughout the year and only accessible via email, such as those with a unique promotional code.

Cancellation policy

You have a right to change your mind within 48 hours of becoming a member of 4word Cohort and receiving access to membership benefits and to receive a refund. To end the contract with us in this period, please let us know by emailing us at support@4wordwomen.org. Please provide your name, home address, order number, your phone number and email address. You are also able to cancel your membership using your user account management tool. 

We will refund you the price you paid for your membership if initiated within the first 48 hours of your initial membership registration. Refunds will be issued using the method you used for payment. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.  Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to be reflected on credit card or bank statements.
