LAURA JACKSON
Laura Jackson has decades of experience in sales and general management. She specializes in personnel assessment and professional development. A certified coach and trainer, Laura leverages insights from leadership assessments and individualized coaching to provide personalized guidance to executives and leadership teams.
JANE DOERMAN
Jane Doerman is a seasoned media communications professional with a passion for connecting people and empowering them through their stories. As a leader within the 4word Collaboratory, Jane co-facilitates programs and contributes to curriculum development, equipping women to integrate faith and work.
With a Media Communications and Business Management degree from Asbury University, Jane’s career spans roles in radio, television, and major events like the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Over the past three years, she has focused on the Faith and Work space, serving with Women in the Marketplace, the Polished Network, and now 4word as the Digital Communications Coordinator. Jane also serves as a member of her church’s Teaching Team, where she has the opportunity to preach regularly, further demonstrating her heart for encouraging others and helping them grow in their faith.
Outside of work, Jane enjoys family time, rollercoasters, writing, baking, volleyball, and storytelling. She looks forward to connecting with you and celebrating the story God is writing in your life.
