Laura Jackson
Laura Jackson has decades of experience in sales and general management. She specializes in personnel assessment and professional development. A certified coach and trainer, Laura leverages insights from leadership assessments and individualized coaching to provide personalized guidance to executives and leadership teams.
Jane Doerman
Jane Doerman is a seasoned media communication professional and the Podcast Director for the Polished Network. With expertise in podcasting and a passion for engaging content, Jane oversees podcast creation, production, and promotion. Her journey began with a Media Communications and Business Management Bachelor’s degree from Asbury University. She gained valuable experience at KCAM radio in Alaska, WLWT Channel 5, Cumulus Media Cincinnati, and the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Jane’s love for Jesus and connecting with people’s stories is what drives her. As the former Church Relations Coordinator for Women in the Marketplace and leader of WOCC RISE Women’s Ministry, she demonstrated her commitment to equipping others. Jane believes in expanding networks to achieve a greater Kingdom impact. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, rollercoasters, writing, baking, volleyball, and storytelling. She looks forward to connecting with you and the story God is writing in your life.
