How much does a 4word PLUS subscription cost?

Our subscription pricing is $30.00 USD per month or $300.00 USD for an annual subscription; plus applicable fees and any sales taxes. Consider and annual subscription and receive 2 months for free.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard or ACH. You can purchase a subscription online at any time. We are only able to process US currency at this time.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Credit cards are charged upon submission for monthly orders. It may take 2–3 days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement. Monthly subscription will be automatically renewed each month thereafter, unless you cancel. Annual subscriptions will be auto renewed, unless you cancel.

If you choose to discontinue your subscription (monthly or annual) before your credit card is charged, please manage these updates through our user portal or email: support@4wordwomen.org.

How do I cancel my subscription?

For monthly subscription, you can cancel without being charged for the following month by contacting the subscriber support or cancel any time within your subscriber portal at least 72 hours before your current month ends. If you cancel after the 72-hour window, your cancellation will take place with the following month.

How do refunds work?

For monthly subscription, refunds are not available, but you can cancel without being charged for the next month by contacting our subscriber email least 72 hours before your current month ends or cancel any time within your subscriber portal. Your payment is non-refundable, and your access will continue until the end of your current term.

If I cancel my subscription, do I still keep my benefits?

If you are a monthly 4word PLUS subscriber, you will receive all benefits until the end of that month, as well as any benefits scheduled for that month. You will not receive benefits scheduled after your subscription end date. Subscribers can cancel subscription by contacting customer service or cancel any time within their subscriber portal.

If you are an annual subscriber, your subscription benefits will remain until the end of your current subscription. Your subscription will NOT auto-new, and there will be no refunds issued for the remaining portion of the year.

For annual subscription, subscribers can cancel by contacting customer service or cancel any time within their subscriber portal, your cancelation goes into effect at the end of your current subscription period.

Our team will be available to assist 4word PLUS subscribers over the phone from 9 AM to 5 PM CST (214-301-3388), Monday to Friday. If you send us an email, you can expect a response within 48 hours.

If I canceled my subscription previously, how can I sign up again?

If you’d like to reinstate your subscription, or sign up with the same email address after cancelling a previous subscription, please contact our subscriber support at: support@4wordwomen.com

Can I gift a subscription to another?

A 4word PLUS subscription makes a fabulous gift for any woman seeking to lead with confidence. Please specify their name, email address, and mailing address on the subscription registration form. Please note they will receive a welcome email to their inbox upon purchase.

Other Limitations
  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription in our discretion.
  • We may send you email and other communications related to 4word PLUS subscription (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your account).
  • You may not transfer or assign your 4word PLUS subscription or benefits, including promotion codes, except as allowed in these user agreement and terms.
  • From time to time, 4word may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove subscription benefits.

Account Management

Now that I’m a 4word PLUS subscriber, how do I sign in?

If you’re already a subscriber, sign in. If you haven’t already, create an account. On your first time signing in, you’ll be prompted to create a password and verify your email address.

I’m trying to verify my email address, but I’m being told that my account already exists. What should I do?

If you receive an error message or can’t remember which email address is associated with your subscription account, please contact our customer service group at support@4wordwomen.org.

Can I pause my subscription?

At this time there is not an option to pause a 4word PLUS subscription.

How can I update my email address or password?

If you need to update your account credentials, like email address or password, please contact our support line @ support@4wordwomen.org. This action may take up to 48 hours to process.

Our team will be available to assist 4word PLUS subscribers over the phone (214-301-3388) from 9 AM to 5 PM CST , Monday to Friday. If you send us an email, you can expect a response within 48 hours.

How do I update the payment associated with my subscription?

Visit your 4word PLUS User profile page, located in the top right corner, to manage your payment and mailing/billing address information. You can also update your information by contacting our subscriber support line at support@4wordwomen.org.

How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual?

If you’d like to switch your monthly subscription to an annual subscription, please contact our subscriber support line at support@4wordwomen.org.

I’m having trouble signing in. What should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can select “help me sign in” to receive a one-time link in your inbox to sign in, no password needed.

If you’ve forgotten the email address you use to sign in, or are experiencing any other issues, please email our subscriber support line at support@4wordwomen.org.

Where can I find my subscriber benefits?

You will find your subscriber benefits within the Benefits section of the site. In some cases, select benefits will be emailed to you throughout the year and only accessible via email, such as those with a unique promotional code.

Cancelation policy

You have a right to change your mind within 48 hours of becoming a subscriber of 4word PLUS and receiving access to subscription benefits and to receive a refund. To end the contract with us in this period, please let us know by emailing us at support@4wordwomen.org. Please provide your name, home address, order number, your phone number and email address. You are also able to cancel your subscription using your user account management tool. 

We will refund you the price you paid for your subscription if initiated within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription registration. Refunds will be issued using the method you used for payment. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.  Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to be reflected on credit card or bank statements.
