Director of Development
The Director of Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for fundraising and business development. This individual will lead efforts to secure funding, cultivate donor and corporate relationships, and promote 4word’s revenue-generating programs to ensure financial sustainability and mission impact. Additionally, the Director of Development will support marketing initiatives to expand 4word’s reach and brand awareness, working closely with the marketing team to position 4word as the premier resource for professional Christian women.
Part-Time Finance & Accounting Manager
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health and operational efficiency of 4word, ensuring strategic financial planning, budget management, and compliance with nonprofit financial standards. This role requires strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance, vendor partnerships, and corporate sponsorships.

4word exists to build a global community of Christian women in the workplace – to guide and empower them to reach their God-given potential with confidence. Our audacious goal is to guide and empower 10 million Christian women in the workplace to CHANGE THE WORLD. Our values are servant leaders who are real, passionate, and faithful women who want to be in community with each other.
We do this through three programs:
- Our 4word Mentor Program launched in 2013 with over 800 mentors and mentees being paired in 4word’s ten-week Mentor Program. We have also delivered two 4word Group Mentoring Programs.
- We have thirty 4word Community Groups meeting in person and/or virtually with three being specialty groups: Executive Women 4Christ, STEM, and a Global Virtual Community Group and one international group in Kenya.
- 4word’s Digital Platform has reached over four million women through our weekly blogs, and bi-monthly podcasts: plus, interviews resulting in articles, podcasts, and TV interviews.
