Job Description: VP of Operations

As 4word enters its next chapter of growth and impact, we are seeking a Vice President of Operations to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO. This new executive role will provide leadership and structure across the organization—aligning people, systems, and processes to deliver on 4word’s mission with excellence. The ideal candidate brings both a heart for ministry and a mind for execution, ensuring that 4word continues to scale sustainably while staying rooted in its purpose and culture.

We do this through three programs:

• Our 4word Mentor Program launched in 2013 with over 900 mentors and mentees being paired in 4word’s ten-week Mentor Program. We have also delivered two 4word Group Mentoring Programs.
• We have many 4word Community Groups meeting in person and/or virtually with three being specialty groups: Executive Women 4Christ, STEM, and a Global Virtual Community Group and one international group in Kenya.
• 4word’s Digital Platform has reached over four million women through our weekly blogs, and bi-monthly podcasts: plus, interviews resulting in articles, podcasts, and TV interviews.
