Founder and Executive Director
Diane Paddison, 4word Founder and Executive Director, is a Harvard MBA, former global executive of two Fortune 500 companies, CBRE and ProLogis, and one Fortune 1000 company, Trammell Crow Company, and serves as an independent director for two corporate and four not-for-profit boards.
Diane is a leading advocate for Christian women in the workplace. Diane published Work, Love, Pray in 2011, and Be Refreshed . . . a year of devotions for women in the workplace in 2017, laying the foundation for 4word.
She authors weekly posts at 4wordwomen.org and is a featured columnist for The Washington Times and the 4word Mentor Program has been highlighted in The Wall Street Journal’s MarketWatch.
Diane and her husband, Chris, have four children and one grandchild and live in Dallas, Texas.

Richelle grew up on a farm in Southern Oregon and now works as a mom and a lawyer in Dallas, Texas. She has degrees from Princeton University and Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
Chief Operating Officer
Pam brings a twenty-four-year career at Nike, Inc. to 4word, most recently serving as Global Strategic Account Business Director on the Foot Locker, Inc. sales team. Her strong finance, strategic planning, and operational leadership with best in class global sales experience will be a tremendous benefit to our organization. Prior to Nike, Pam held various Financial Management positions with Mentor Graphics, US Bank, and United Technologies.
Director of Development
Laura Agüero, Director of Development for 4word started her career as an opera singer and voice teacher. After a decade in the music field she realized that she had gifts in development, so she moved into roles at the Oregon Symphony in the area of Community Outreach, then became the Executive Director of the Salem division of the Oregon Symphony and finally the Director of programs where she solicited gifts from 175 top donors, sold advertising and corporate sponsorships, and oversaw the donor records and accounting. In addition to working in development, Laura still enjoys performing. Before moving to Salem, Laura lived in Houston, TX with her husband and two children while performing and teaching voice. Laura holds two degrees in vocal performance from Texas Tech University. She additionally serves on the Rotary Club of Salem board, and the Mid-Valley Development Professionals board. Laura enjoys living in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest and exploring the capital city of Salem and surrounding area with her two children Eva Grace and Thomas and her husband Dr. Héctor Agüero who is the conductor for orchestra and wind ensemble at Willamette University.
Digital Community Manager
Jordan writes and coordinates the weekly 4word blogs and emails. When not writing for 4word, Jordan enjoys working on her latest book idea, catching up on the latest episode of Supernatural and going “Pin crazy” on Pinterest. Jordan holds a BS in Advertising and Public Relations from Liberty University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. She lives in Grayson, Georgia, with her husband, DJ, and their young children.
Mentor Program Manager
Trina is excited to connect professional women together as the 4word Mentor Program Manager. Since December 2011, she has been involved with 4word: Portland and has been blessed by the relationships she’s made. After graduating from Cornell University with a bachelor’s in communication, Trina worked for over nine years as the Executive Director for Oregon DECA, an education nonprofit for students interested in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.
She currently resides in Portland, Oregon and is the Sponsorship Program Manager for Africa New Life Ministries, which is transforming the lives of nearly 10,000 students in Rwanda, Africa. When not working, Trina most likely can be found running, serving on a book launch team, concert going, podcast listening or tweeting.
Corporate Mentor Program Manager
Serving as a 4word Mentor since 2014, Lisa brings 37 years of experience as an educator, curriculum developer, trainer, and public speaker. Lisa has started two businesses: one nonprofit and one for profit. She is a co-founder of SLO Classical Academy; a nonprofit school launched in 2005 and located in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Lisa now works as a Career & Leadership Coach for women, helping them connect the dots of work, life & faith to live wholeheartedly as God created them. Lisa has 7 years in the coaching profession and uses those skills as she trains and speaks to groups.
Lisa is a wife of 27 years, a mom of two grown sons, and now a Mimi to two darling grand-children. Lisa came to faith in Christ as a young adult and has had an adventurous journey as His follower ever since
Manager of Operations, Finance and Human Resources
Irrayna began with 4word in 2016 as an Executive Intern, and continued as a mentee in the Mentor Program. She feels blessed to be able to work with 4word’s community of Christian women in the workplace. Her heart for evangelism has led her to serve with Samaritan’s Purse International, and as a missionary with the North American Mission Board.
She has over 15 years of experience in non-profit and ministry management. Irrayna holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University, and a BBA in Marketing from Howard University. She enjoys reading, tennis, and travel. Irrayna and her husband, Ramon, live in the Dallas area.
Director of Programs
Marion served in pastoral ministry for 17 years at three local churches including, most recently, Willow Creek Community Church. During her church ministry, she incorporated her organizational development skills with her practical knowledge of effective discipleship to create growth strategies that focused on the equipping and mobilization of congregations on the mission of Jesus. She holds degrees from Trinity International University and Wheaton College in Organizational Leadership and Missional Church Movements.
She directed vision and strategy for the Alpha Chicago Board during her tenure as Chairman of the Board, and she partnered with Dr. Rick Richardson to develop and launch the nation-wide Church Evangelism Institute, a ministry of the Billy Graham Center of Wheaton College. As a member of the Christ Together Midwest Board, she provided guidance, training and strategy and individual coaching for pastors and church leaders throughout the central United States.
Marion and her husband, Ray, reside in Dallas and have two adult children and two amazing grandchildren.
Molly Hegenderfer is our Program Assistant who provides event management and Member Insider support. Molly lives in Newcastle, Washington and is an active member of 4word: Seattle. She and her husband Steve have two daughters and they love to travel and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Molly had a career in the tech industry as a business analyst and project manager until 2000, when she had her first daughter. Molly has a BA from Washington State University and is an avid Seahawks fan!
Chief Financial Officer
Lisa brings with her 20 years of accounting experience focused primarily within the commercial real estate industry, and she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She currently serves as the Director of Fund Management for MCR Investors in Dallas, TX.
As a native Texan with roots in the Dallas area, Lisa loves being close to family. One of her most important roles is being an aunt to her twin nephews. In her free time, she also enjoys spending time with her church family, attending Zumba classes and taking her Yorkie pup for walks. She is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Texas and holds a BBA in Accounting from Harding University in Searcy, AR.
