A Sacred Space to Reset
At 4word, we help women lead with purpose—without losing themselves in the process.
The Executive Women 4Christ Forum is a weekend retreat designed for high-capacity Christian women to step away from the pressure and into peace. It’s a space to realign with God, reconnect with yourself, and return to leadership renewed.
High-Level Schedule:
- Thursday: Pre-Event Activities and Dinner
- Friday: Registration, Welcome Reception, Dinner and Opening Session

This year’s theme invites us to reimagine responsibility not as something we must tightly grip, but as something we steward with open hands and a surrendered heart.
Together, we’ll:

Our Speakers
We’re beyond excited to introduce the first three voices who will be guiding us through this powerful weekend.
With lived experience, spiritual grounding, and deep compassion, these women will help us lead from a place of peace—not pressure:
Jo Saxton is a speaker, podcaster, and author. She is the founder of the Ezer Collective, an initiative dedicated to investing in women leaders around the world, equipping them to own their voice and boldly step into their calling. Jo currently serves as the Executive Director of The 25, a leadership development initiative at Bethel University. Born to Nigerian parents and raised in London, Jo now lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two daughters. She brings prophetic insight, honest encouragement, and a grounded joy that inspires leaders to lead from wholeness.
Alli Worthington is an entrepreneur, best-selling author of five books, speaker, and Founder of the Uplift app. As a business coach, she helps women go from good to great in business and life without burnout.
Her straight-shooting take on balance and success has led to appearances on The Today Show and Good Morning America. Alli lives outside of Nashville with her husband, Mark, their five sons, and a pampered golden retriever.
Chaplain Margaret Kibben, the first woman to serve as Chaplain of the United States House of Representatives, offers a rare blend of strength and humility. With decades of experience in military and government leadership, she understands the cost of responsibility and the gift of rest. Her words will guide us back to the One who holds all things together—especially when we feel like we have to.
These remarkable women will help us unpack what it means to lead unburdened—releasing what we were never meant to carry, realigning with what matters most, and rediscovering the strength that comes from leading with soul and Sabbath.

Connect with an EW4C Community Group. These groups of 6-10 influential leaders meet either every-other-month or once a quarter to share challenges, pray and grow together.
Attend the life changing EW4C Forum. The forum is an opportunity to hear from and interact with world-class speakers who address the spiritual, relational and professional challenges unique to influential women leaders. It’s also a time to be refreshed and reenergized through Master Mind sessions and quality R&R. Registration is limited to 55 executive women.
