4word: Central Arkansas is a monthly gathering of Christian women leaders who come together for connection, shared values, and growth. This group exists to create space for women to step away from the demands of work and life and engage in meaningful community rooted in faith. Through conversation, learning, and relationship-building, women are encouraged to integrate their faith into every area of life—work, family, and community.

Our group is open to any Christian woman, at any career stage or season of life, who desires alignment between her faith and her everyday leadership. Women attend from a variety of professional backgrounds, and our flexible, welcoming approach allows women to participate as their schedules allow. Whether attending regularly or occasionally, each woman is valued and welcomed.

A typical gathering takes place during the lunch hour and includes time for networking and connection over a shared meal. Meetings often feature a personal testimony or guest speaker, followed by practical table discussions designed to spark conversation and encourage application. The atmosphere is warm, relational, and purposeful, creating space for women to build meaningful relationships and support one another.

What makes 4word: Central Arkansas unique is its focus on faith-centered connection in the workplace. Women appreciate having a safe, welcoming environment to talk openly about living out their faith at work while coming alongside one another in fellowship, study, and service.

A Note to First-Time Guests

Meetings are held monthly during the lunch hour at the Arkansas Press Association building, with free parking available. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, the only cost is lunch. Join us as we step away from our work schedules to experience fellowship, learning, and facilitated conversation in a welcoming, Christ-centered community.
