That’s why we created the 4word Mentor Program — a faith-centered, proven mentoring experience designed for real life and real leadership.
This isn’t your typical mentorship program.
No guessing, no random pairings, no wasted time.
We personally match you with a professional Christian woman who’s walked the path ahead — and is ready to walk it with you.
For 10 weeks, you’ll meet one-on-one to talk about what matters most:

- What it looks like to lead with wisdom, grace, and integrity.
- How to stay grounded in faith while navigating real-life pressures.
- How to balance ambition with rest, relationships, and purpose.

How do I register to be a mentee?
To register, click the “Register Here” button on this page. You will be directed to make your payment. Once you have registered, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your mentee profile. Your thoughtfully completed profile helps us pair you with the best possible mentor.
How do I apply to be a mentor?
You can learn more and apply here. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the mentor application.
Before each session, we confirm availability with new and alumnae mentors. If you’ve already served as a mentor, there’s no need to reapply. We also host a mentor kickoff call before each session, which is recorded for those unable to attend live.

Am I qualified to be a mentor?
If you have professional experience to share, have navigated challenges while leaning into your faith, and enjoy investing in others, you are mentor material.
Am I too old to be a mentee or too young to be a mentor?
Not at all! We believe there’s no age limit to learning or leading. We’ve had mentees over the age of 65 and mentors in their late twenties. What matters most is your desire to grow (as a mentee) or pour into others (as a mentor).
What mentee rate do I pay?
Mentees invest at least $499, while mentors volunteer their time and talent. For mentees who have been in the workplace more than 10 years and are financially able, 4word suggests an investment of $699. Otherwise, plan to pay $499.
Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?
Yes! We offer both. Please reach out to the program manager to discuss options.
How are mentor pairs matched?
We thoughtfully and prayerfully pair mentees and mentors using the information you provide in your profile. To date, over 900 mentor pairs have been made through the program, with 98% of those who completed the program and survey affirming that they would recommend the program to others.
What if my mentor isn’t a good fit?
If your mentor is not a good fit, we offer two options: 1) we can match you with a new mentor in a future session, or 2) we can refund your mentee fee, if preferred.
Do mentor pairs meet in person or online?
Most pairs meet virtually. 4word mentors are all over the country, providing a diverse pool of mentors from which we can choose the best match for you. If you prefer to meet in person, we’ll do our best to match you with someone in your area. Be sure to note this preference in your mentee profile.
How much time do I need to invest?
Each 10-week mentor session begins with a kickoff call and ends with a wrap-up call. Mentor pairs are asked to meet at least six times, in addition to the getting acquainted meeting. You’re welcome to meet more often, as schedules allow. To get the most out of the experience, plan to prepare for each conversation and follow through on the next steps you identify.
