Elizabeth Oates is an innovative thought trailblazer, multipreneur, 3-time best-selling co-author, and experienced global marketplace leader of teams across multiple international regions and business sectors.
She spent the first 20 years of her career in financial services where she drove business outcomes by building teams across diverse functions including: customer design thinking, CRM & analytics, sales management, incentives, and digital transformation. Having served in several Global executive roles at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, she left the corporate arena in 2020 to co-found Global Leader Group, now one of the world’s fastest growing consultancy firms.
Elizabeth’s expertise in women in leadership, strategic networking, and scaling business has helped fuel the evolution of her own enterprises, while her unique and highly engaging coaching style consistently inspires the many leaders she has mentored. She not only serves as a business coach to well-known celebrity clients but is passionately committed to helping women and the underrepresented grow their leadership and reimagine their potential. It is her personal joy to help women live to their God-given purpose in all areas of their lives.
