Our 2025 event will take place May 30th-June 1st. The program will ‘officially’ begin on Friday afternoon and end on Sunday morning – though several women are planning to arrive early on Thursday and enjoy pre-retreat excursions and activities including a private group dinner in downtown Nashville on Thursday night.

EW4C will offer you a full weekend of engaging opportunities to have meaningful fellowship, teaching, keynote speakers, MasterMind sessions and interactive discussions with other Christian women executive leaders and like-minded peers.

Schedule:
- Thursday: Early arrivals – Pre-Retreat Group Dinner in Downtown Nashville at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse
- Friday: Enjoy the day at the Southall Spa and property and pre-retreat activities (including cooking courses, hiking, yoga, and more!) Registration from 3-5pm. Welcome Dinner at 6pm.
- Saturday: Engage in a full day of interactive keynotes, MasterMind sessions, time for reflection, one-on-one prayer, meaningful networking and ministry.
- Sunday: Go deeper in our closing session on Sunday morning with worship, Biblical teaching and reflection. Departure at 12pm.

- Regular – $2650*
- Secure your spot with partial payment – $1325* (Final payment due by March 1, 2025)
(Registration fee includes Friday night dinner, breakfast/lunch/dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday + all program expenses and materials).
*Important: Hotel rooms are not included in the registration fee and must be booked separately with the hotel. Rate is $550/nt. Limited double queen rooms available for those who would like to share.

Worship:
We are excited to welcome singer/songwriter Ginny Owens to join us to lead our time of worship together. Ginny is an incredible woman of God with a powerful story. She has spent the past two decades sharing her heart with listeners and readers as a singer/songwriter, author, teacher, and advocate. Her unique musical style and inspirational lyrics have transcended genre definition and taken her to diverse venues that include the White House, the Sundance Film Festival, Lilith Fair and the National Day of Prayer in Washington, D.C. Ginny has also been an adjunct professor at her alma mater, Belmont University, served as a worship leader, partnered with non-profits, and authored two books including Singing in the Dark. - Cancellations will result in the carry forward of registration fees only and will be subject to a $100 Administration Fee. We will not be able to offer refunds.
- Cancellations prior to March 1, 2025: 100% of paid registration fees will be carried forward to 2026 without penalty.
- Cancellations prior to May 1, 2025: 50% of paid registration fees will be carried forward to 2026; 50% will be forfeited.
- Cancellations after May 1, 2025: 100% of paid registration fees will be forfeited.
