4word provides mentees with access to seasoned, godly mentors, flexible session tools and clear guidelines for a 10-week program. Mentees invest at least $399, while mentors volunteer their time and talent. For mentees who have been in the workplace more than 10 years and are financially able, 4word suggests an investment of $499. Otherwise, please plan to pay $399.

After you make your payment, you will receive a link to complete your profile. 4word will review your profile closely to select a mentor who aligns with your background and preferences, and will contact you after the next deadline, which is May 12, 2023.

Each mentee will be expected to initiate communication with her mentor, agree on six sessions scheduled at time agreed upon with her mentor, and begin each session well prepared and ready to grow. The session will formally begin and end with two conference calls.
